At Souq Herb, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:
Why 14 Days? Due to the nature of our products — natural herbs, supplements, and wellness items — we apply a 14-day return window to ensure product integrity and safety while giving you enough time to verify your order.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be in their original condition — unopened and unused.
- Original packaging and proof of purchase (invoice) are required.
- Opened or used products cannot be returned for health and consumer safety reasons.
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items sent by us will be returned or exchanged at no cost to you — including free return shipping.
How to Request a Return: Contact us via our "Contact Us" page or by email within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for return.
Refunds:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of a defective or incorrect item sent by us — in which case we cover all return shipping costs.
