1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and official holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout.
We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives safely:

Cairo & Giza: Estimated delivery time is 1 to 4 business days (Shipping Fee: EGP 100).

Other Governorates: Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days (Shipping Fee: Variable).
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email (or message) containing your order details so you can stay updated on your shipment status.
4. Shipping Coverage
Currently, we offer shipping services to all governorates across the Arab Republic of Egypt.
5. Delays & Unexpected Issues
We do our best to deliver your orders on time; however, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as shipping carrier delays or weather conditions. In such cases, we will contact you immediately with any updates regarding your order.
