Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Time
We deliver to all governorates across the Arab Republic of Egypt within 2 to 5 business days from order confirmation. This estimate includes order preparation time (weekends and official holidays are not counted). You will receive a notification when your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

2. Shipping Rates
- All governorates: flat shipping fee of EGP 100.
- Free shipping on all orders of EGP 1,400 or more (calculated on the order total after any discounts).
The final shipping cost is clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email (or message) containing your order details so you can stay updated on your shipment status.

4. Shipping Coverage
Currently, we offer shipping services to all governorates across the Arab Republic of Egypt.

5. Delays & Unexpected Issues
We do our best to deliver your orders on time; however, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as shipping carrier delays or weather conditions. In such cases, we will contact you immediately with any updates regarding your order.
